Welcome to the 2010 Caribbean Cup at Casa de Campo.
This year’s tournament will have a team event and an individual cash gambling format. The first 5 days will place all players together at least once and will be scored under the stable ford format. A blind partner draw following each round will determine the points to be awarded for each team based on the front, back and total round each day.
The final 2 rounds will have the teams paired together in a match play format battling for the overall cup title. The final 2 rounds of matches will be picked buy the teams captains and co captains. See team list provided ...
The individual cash game will see players face each other during the first 5 days.Each player will receive 25,000 in play money to be gambled in the first 5 days the player with the most monies at the end of the 5th day will be crowned the champion.
Once a player has lost his money they are eliminated from the competition but can take advantage of a one time buy in for $40.00 dollars and receive 10,000 in chip money. A player can also top up chips if needed but it will count as there one time buy in.
Once a player is broke and out of the cash they are out of the individual cash competition but can still make cash in the team day money event.
A player’s handicap’s may change and may set daily depending on the performance of the players. The handicap will be used in the cash gambling format and in each day’s team game.
Players negotiate amongst themselves but must avoid argument or slow play or will face a minimum $2000 dollar fine to be paid at rounds end.
If players in the group feel there is a betting issue they cannot resolve all rulings will be decided by a team captain. Once players accept the bet then the bet is live and any disagreements will be settled by playing partners not involved in the bet.
Slow play must be avoided so negotiate quickly and be prepared to hit when ready! I will fine your sorry asses!! You no who you are so keep moving and have fun.
